Hi my name is Nancy, and I’ve been teaching English for eight years. I used to study in Tennessee and Washington states and I accomplished my master degree in Teaching English as a Second Language. A lot of students give up English because they don’t know why they need to improve their English abilities. I would say that English is a tool, we don’t use it to “conquer the world”; we can use it to derive knowledge and information around the world. Learning and speaking English can be fun as long as you take up your plan and persist in it. Good luck and I’m looking forward to seeing you here.
My name's Wendy. As a teacher, I really enjoy teaching because I love working closely with people, being able to help students improve their skills every day, and to see students become more and more fluent is an awesome experience. I always tell my students that don't be afraid to make mistakes when you're speaking; it's the best way to learn! My proudest moments are when my students truly grasp a concept and use the language successfully. In my free time, I enjoy making art, hanging out with my friends, going to the beach and watching movies.
Hi everyone! My name is Meige. I grew up in Taiwan and spent a good part of my life living and working in the beautiful city of Pittsburgh in the United States. I believe the best way to learn a new language is to immerse yourself in it and that includes speaking the language as often as you can. At David’s, not only will you test and improve your speaking skills, you will also learn English structure, all while having fun. Hope to see you soon!
Hi, my name is Kevin. I've been teaching at David's for over nine years. It is always a great feeling to let students know that learning English can be so much fun. The one and only way to improve your speaking is...to keep speaking all the time and that is what exactly you do at David's. We have a great environment, games, and in-class activities. You will get inspired and gain confidence in class and most importantly you will have fun learning!
Tony Robbins says "If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always gotten." Stop learning the old-fashion ways and come to challenge yourself at David's. Remember that your life can only get better when you get better.
Hi Everybody! My name is Tom and I'm from England.
I believe that the most important part of learning anything is having fun! It's vital to enjoy learning and to focus on subjects and language that interests you.
Here at David's we try to focus not only on learning new vocabulary and grammar but on how and when to use what we've learned. This helps you to build your confidence using English regardless of your level and we learn that there's nothing wrong with making mistakes – it actually helps our learning!
