I have spent 30 years working with international students in schools around the world, including three years in Shanghai and Dalian, China. My approach with students is to meet students where they are, define clear learning goals, and help students to close the gap between the two by using material, topics, and strategies that are interesting to them, relevant to them, and that are most helpful in meeting their learning goals. I have an excellent rapport with students and am able to create a learning environment that is comfortable and fun.
