I used to work as the Head Teacher of the English Department of a private language school, where I was not only heading the department, but I was also teaching English as a foreign language, and business English as well, for almost 15 years. Then I moved to the UK, where I have worked in various roles, mainly in Learning and Development.
I have completed a CIPD Diploma in Learning and Development, an ILM Level 5 Award and a Level 7 Certificate in Leadership and Management. I have successfully completed my studies acquiring a Master Certificate in Business Management, and a Diploma in Life Coaching as well. Most recently, I have gained a Diploma in Digital Learning Design and I have become a certified NLP practitioner.
I have worked in various leadership roles in my career in the UK, mainly in Learning and Development, and Operations Management; implementing and launching coaching and mentoring as well as leadership development programmes. In these roles I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge, acquired a lot of skills in order to be able to develop, design and deliver leadership and life coaching, leadership and management workshops.
