 • Instruct 1 hour group and/or individual classes focusing on ELA, ESL, or ELL
• Develop and utilize lessons encompassing fundamentals of the English Language, while using textbased material, web resources, and skill-building activities to focus on reading, writing, speaking,
listening, comprehension, phonics, and vocabulary
• Generate lesson plans
• Outlining objects and goals for class duration
• Create a plan for 15-20 weeks of curriculum for each class using the selected materials
• Integrate technology as an instructional device
• Routinely assess and test students
• Manage an online classroom that enforces acceptable behavior
• Having awareness of cultural diversity between students
