WORK EXPERENCE
●A well qualified director of operations with 12 years experience in recruiting, training, planning, teaching and managing. I lead a team of native teachers from the US, Canada and England and we developed Buckeye English into a successful language school that served over 50 companies and taught over 2,500 students. Passion fueled a culture of innovative ideas, an open-minded communication approach and interpersonal skills built strong partnerships and a genuine interest in people cultivated a leadership style that invests in people. As an Army Public Affairs veteran, I thrive on developing efficient strategies to accomplish large-scale goals.
