1.公佈開課資訊

面對面拜訪 了解參訓員工需求, 公司未來希望達成的目標

2.提出教學建議方案

方案中包含: 建議課程安排、上課時間、總時數、預計成效

3.進行分級測試與課程內容問卷調查

確實了解員工英語能力及對課程的需求與期望

4.分班

依測驗結果為學員分班,並公佈問卷統計資料以確定課程內容

5.確定開課日期

確定授課教師、上課人數、時段與時數

6.簽約/安排授課教師面談

由大衛美語E-mail/傳真草約內容, 雙方確認無誤 ,由大衛美語郵寄正式合約2份,公司簽訂後一份存底一份寄回大衛美語

7.開始上課

授課教師提供課程計劃, 依據規劃的課程內容授課, 並視學員吸收狀況調整教學進度 大衛美語將於課程進行期間,以電話追蹤、問卷調查, 實際掌握並監督學習的成效

8.問券調查

期中問卷/期中測試 期末問卷/期末測試

9.提交報告

學員學習成果報告、出席報告、成績報告 、老師建議

◆課程內容
訓練學員具備全美語溝通的能力並增加學員在工作上、商務旅行及社交場合中所需的字彙量。課程中經由各種不同主題反覆練習與應用,如敘述工作狀況、接聽電話、解決客戶問題、溝通談判技巧、主持會議等,讓學員能更流利且有效率的與外籍人士溝通。


◆ 補充講義及家庭作業

◆期末考試
期末會舉行期末測驗,並提供學習評量報告,讓公司及學員瞭解經過本期課程後整體的學習狀況,並做為規劃下期課程的標準。
